With a career spanning 45 years, I started out as an engineer and after becoming an accountant, I progressed to a management consultant and included a time as head of management consulting for PwC Western Europe,
During my working life I’ve been president of CIMA and first chair of their JV with AICPA. Now the CEO of a Tier 1 London Law firm, I have experienced many types of working environment and their progression themes.
Having been helped by others in my career journey, I am passionate about helping the next generation reach their potential. Feedback has made me realise that I have an unusual skill in coaching and mentoring women; I find it hard to explain, but the testimonials on this site describe it best. This has led me into coaching and mentoring senior women at critical moments in their career.
I moved to Brussels in 2022 as support spouse to my wife’s blooming career. I am used to coaching remotely with clients on the other side of the world, as well as in person in Western Europe.
