I have known him for many years and have been a mentee for close to a year. Andrew has been showing up for me in times of great need, when I was on the crossroads or had a complex struggle, be it leadership challenges, team conflict, work-life balance or career change.
Andrew is a great listener. He is never pressing down a ready solution, but rather asks questions, recommends resources or concepts and gives a perspective that ignites the thought process in me and allows me to focus on the important, toss the non-important and see the path forward.
He is a big proponent of consistent meetings and follow ups, and always on time. This helps bring closure and overcome the issue at hand, not forever dwell on it.
I always feel comfortable talking to him, have a plan of action after the meeting and confident I can achieve anything I set myself to.
